For Magnetic Drive Pump

Unable to Discharge Liquid:
What would be happened on pump		Causes	Remedy
When the valve is closed	When the valve is opened
	Pressure and vacuum gauge points to 0	Insufficient water for starting the pump Dry run	Shut down the pump. Then re-start the pump with sufficient water
The water level in the suction pipe keeps reducing		Foreign objects go into check valve	Clean the filter mesh Check if any foreign objects go into the check valve
When pump starts to operate, no discharge volume	The indicator of pressure and vacuum gauge goes down to 0	Air goes into the pipe	Inspect is there any leak in the suctional pipe Inspect is the liquid level over-low
		Demagnetized	Shut down the pump, then check the fan of motor if it runs easily Check is the current over load Check is there any foreign objects between impeller and driven magnetic Check is the voltage correct

Insufficient Discharge Volume:

Low pressure		Insifficient rpm. Pump rotation reversed	Inspect the wiring and motor Correct the wiring
	High vacuum pressure	The suction filter clogged	Clean the suction filter
	Over-high vacuum pressure	There is air in the suction pipe	Correct the installation of suction pipe
		The entrance of impeller is clogged by foreing objects	Remove the foreign objects
Normal pressure and vacuum pressre	The indicator of pressure and vacuum gauge keeps shaking	Air goes into the pipe	Tighten the connect part of suction pipe
		The discharge is clogged by foreing objects	Remove the foreign objects in the pump Remove the foreign objects in the piping
	High vacuum pressure and normal pressure	There is air or other resistance in the suction pipe	Inspect the suction pipe
Low vacuum pressure and pressure	High pressure and normal vacuum pressure	There is resistance in the discharge pipe	Inspect the discharge pipe

Over-high Motor Temperature:

When the valve is closed	When the valve is opened
		Pump rotation reversed Insifficient Voltage Motor overload High surrounding tepmerature	Correct the wiring Inspect is the voltage and frequency right Inspect is the S.G and viscosity of liquid proper Shut down the pump, then check the fan of motor if it runs easily Keep surrounding in good ventilation

Discharge Volume Decline Rapidly:

	High vacuum pressure	The suction filter clogged	Remove the foreign objects

High noise level and vibration:

		Bad installation Loose bolts The suction pipe clogged The bearing worn The spindle broken Bad dynamic balance of drive magnet Motor bearing worn	Re-install the pump Tighten the bolts Remove the foreign objects Replace the bearing Replace the spindle Remove te drive magnet Replace the motor or motor bearing
