If the required pressure changes, the safety valve must be adjusted, but at the same time pay attention to the motor current load situation. The inlet temperature must be maintained at a safe temperature In the range (the standard inlet type of Roots blower of our company is 50 °C)
If the inlet temperature exceeds 50 °C, please contact us.
The following items must be checked one by one during the trial transfer.
(1) Is the Roe's blower steering correct?
(2) Whether the Rouer blower has an abnormal sound.
(3) The vibration of the Rouge blower.
(4) Whether the temperature of the Lubricator blower casing is too high.
(5) After the test is completed, observe whether theRoots blower can naturally stop. After stopping, turn the shaft with your hand to check if Roots blower can be easily rotated. Above points If there are no problems, you can arrange for official operation. When the operation is normal, it is only necessary to pay attention to the lubrication of the bearing and the adjustment of the belt tension, and does not require much maintenance work.
